P90X Plyometrics Workout Completed
Today I completed the Back & Biceps workout. Didn’t quite make it through the whole session. I managed to finish 16 of the 24 exercises. I did pretty well with the 16, increasing reps in a few and weight in 1 of the exercises. I’m sure I will be sore the next few days!
