Just finished another great Plyometrics workout. Here is the info from my heart monitor:

Plyo is the hardest P90X workout of all. I just recently have been able to get through the whole thing. I’ve had to modify some of the exercises as my knees have been a bit difficult, but I’m happy with what I’ve been able to do.
Looking forward to a weight resistance workout tomorrow!
