The Oasis of the Seas has great Specialty Restaurants. One of our favorites was Chef’s Table. Chef’s Table is setup to serve 12, with a gourmet dinner selected by the head chef. Each course is paired with wine. The Chef comes out and explains the thinking behind each dish and the Sommelier describes the wine pairing. The restaurant is on the Concierge Level. At the end of the dinner we were given a photo of Chef’s Table, along with a cookbook and apron with the Chef’s Table insignia. The spring pea soup was one of the best courses I have ever had!
