Kelle is in her second year of volunteering with the YMCA VolunTeen program. This is a great program where Kelle works with local organizations to help them meet their service mission. Here is a great article describing this year’s program and it has a great photo of Kelle!
There is also a wonderful quote from Kelle. “There was a little girl who was sad when her mom dropped her off. I did all I could to cheer her up. At the end of the day, she didn’t want to leave. I think I gave her someone to look up to that day, and I’m glad I helped make her happy and have fun.”
